Repairing

Soldering the components in the PCB to make the relay cards, performing various repairs on the products in which some of the components are burned out and has to be replaced

Desgining

The mechanical design and weight estimation calculations are also performed for manufacturing of Nitrogen purging System and we also make our designs of fault detector and short turn indicator are made in our own workshop.

R&D

Research and development are also carried out if any new requirement arises and for the first time, we have manufacture the Nitrogen purging System and exported to Malaysia in November 2021.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Aquila engineering is situated on 10,000 Sq. Ft. of plot in the prime location of the Makarpura G.I.D.C Industrial Estate in the vicinity of the city, it has sufficient amount of area for production, inspection and post testing facility area, it also has ample amount of area to store raw material and finished goods.
The Company has team of qualified employee’s which can accomplished the work within the given time frame, they are well-trained and well-experienced when it comes to the operational and manufacturing instances.
